The feature is a landmark located at the elevated 8-lanes highway above a huge roundabout with intersection of five main rounds at Yang Pu district, Shanghai. There are 6,600 sqm of 4mm thick curved aluminium perforated panels for light diffusion during daytime; cladding panels are fixed on special design galvanized steel profiles where LED lighting strips are installed at the recessed channels for night time display.

A special durable external grade of polyester powder coating was coated on the cladding panels and the fixing profiles. The special coating has the colour changing feature under the sunlight. It turns from original metallic silver colour to champagne gold. Both of the cladding design and coating applications are the “First of its Kind”.
