The building is named as Lee Shau Kee Building after completion. The entrance foyer of the building is designed as the reception area for important visitors to the university.
The exterior cover area of entrance foyer is installed with System 450EX typhoon proof ceiling powder coated in white finish. The open canopies at the upper levels of the building are installed the same typhoon proof concealed type exterior ceiling in dark brown finish to match with the colour theme of other buildings within the university.
High end lay-in metal tile ceiling, System 210, is installed at all classrooms. The ceiling tile is 500 x 500 mm which has flush front surface with aluminium extruded section T-grid.
